Woodin Creek Village
Woodin Creek Village Apartments is a high-end development located in the City of Woodinville, WA. which is an extension of the Seattle Metropolitan Area. When asked to partner with WG Clark, we couldn’t wait to be part of this important, multiple phased project.
This mixed-use project contains approximately 875,000 square feet of gross floor area and when completed will provide 546 living units and retail spaces. Like most projects, its exterior has site concrete curbs, city sidewalks, and ADA ramps. However, the decorative elements are very important in this project and included multiple-colored decorative finishes, stamped concrete finishes, decorative saw cutting, large radius tactile warning strips and decorative street pavement.
