Edge partnered with Ryan Companies, the general contractor, to bring to life a 1-million square-foot development that included two high-rise office buildings totaling 370,770 square-feet, a 185,000 square-foot residential building, a grocery store, three retail pavilions totaling 150,082 square-feet, and underground parking with 1,700 stalls. The development also included plazas, community gathering spaces, and water features.
